Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as Merchant of Record for all PhotoFlare Studio sales. Refund requests are handled by Paddle.
Our policy
We offer a 14-day refund on all PhotoFlare Studio licence purchases, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support [at] photoflare [dot] io and we will process a full refund via Paddle.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We will consider requests where a serious defect prevents the software from functioning as described.
How to request a refund
Email support [at] photoflare [dot] io with:
- The email address used to purchase
- Your Paddle order reference (included in your purchase confirmation email)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Licence revocation
Upon a successful refund, your licence key will be deactivated.
